Many professional women today talk about feeling like something is missing in their lives. They describe it as feeling empty inside.

For example, Lauren (not her real name) came to me, exhausted. On paper, she had and did it all… C-suite leader, board member, and mother of three. But behind the impressive titles and relentless schedule was a woman who felt she was barely holding it together.
