Somatic Therapy creates high self-awareness. Rather than focusing solely on thoughts and emotions, it incorporates your entire body.
It involves the way you speak, the language you use, the way you use your body, the harmony you feel by being fully present, and the reassuring messages you convey to others. My approach to somatic therapy is to coach you through each step of your self-discovery journey.
Using the wisdom of many traditional and nontraditional methodologies, we will safely dive into past experiences, traumas, unresolved symptoms, and emotional issues. Regular, supportive sessions will help you integrate your past, present, and future through a deep understanding of your entire self – mind and body.
This total wellness approach is much more results-driven and solution-focused as it reconnects and harmonizes what’s been lost, ignored, or too painful to process.
