Unlike more traditional forms of marriage counseling, you’ll find the relationship coaching I offer to be a much more proactive approach that quickly gets results.
It’s based on the PACT Model which integrates the physiological basis for how you act and react within the relationship. It acknowledges the impact early relationships can have in hardwiring the brain to feel insecure and threatened, which can be tremendously undermining in a relationship where you want to feel safe and loved.
I also find PACT to be a somatic approach to relationships. Rather than just talking through the same old issues, we’ll integrate the subtle feedback you’re getting from your face, body and voice, to get to the heart of the matter. You’ll not only learn to be more self-aware, you’ll be more in tune with your partner as well. This approach does wonders for facilitating even difficult conversations with patience and empathy.
By learning to connect the mind with the body and soul, your relationship will begin to flourish and provide both of you with the nourishment you need to bring out the best in yourself and the people around you.
